The traffic was lighter than usual today. The anticipated 3 day train strike was called off last night. Lots of folk must have organised to work from home. Will they work at home tomorrow or come to Safe because they thought they would be stuck at home by the dreadful traffic? Terry will either have a bumper day tomorrow or a very quiet one.
We had one adoption: Angie by her vollie. She was taken home. She didn't like being put in a rather glam, cloth carrier. But allowed herself to be coaxed back into it. The towel she has slept on for several months was tucked over the carrier so she settled down quickly and will have the comfort of being surrounded by her smell. And I won't have to wash that towel!
I was too busy tidying up to take any photos so I will share Joy's lovely ones. (Lola appreciated my efforts of tidying away a delivery of food because it covered her water bowl. She had a long drink when I finished.)
Hobson is the greediest. But Lexie is learning that she will get a bowl all of her own.

I can't believe that Chelsea is the same cat who hissed, spat and growled when she first came in heavily pregnant. She just wants cuddles these days.

And Sparkle often adopts this pose. But never when there are visitors to be charmed.
