Yahtzee adopted

A mother came in to buy her son (grown up and in his own apartment) a cat for his birthday because his previous cat recently died. They were lovely. Irene sold them (on) Zahtzee. I think they will be very happy together. The mother is going to tell all her friends about us.

This is one of Joy's photos (as you can tell). Her others this week were mostly of our white cats:

Will
We had Will out to run in the Top Cat in Welfare space this afternoon. He loves to chase anything. But I noticed that his claws keep getting caught on whatever he was chasing.  I managed to trim two on his right front paw. Feel free to try any of the others!

The plan is to have Boarding and Better Row emptied out before the boarding season starts at the end of November. What will happen to R & M? Will somebody foster them? I can recommend fostering. Aslan is very easy to live with and his poos are not as sloppy/smelly as they used to be.

Because Goldie got adopted, Alex (male) was moved into her condo. Which left that enclosure empty. So Roxy and her three kittens moved into it, after I cleaned it. I cleverly positioned hammocks close to the ground so that the kittens wouldn't have to climb. Of course, the first thing they did was to scramble up as high as they could. Their names have been reverted to the first decided upon names: Riley, Rosie and Rachael. As they still don't have microchips only they know who is who.

The empty stand alone by the door which used to house Licorice has a new black, female cat with a sparser patch of white fur on her chest. She came from a foster home and her name is Ravyn. But I think some folk might assume that Licorice has returned.
