Everbody watches TV on NYE. . . . all those who don't go to watch the fireworks in person, that is.
Except for Dinesh who watched cat TV on Alex's phone this afternoon. He was completely absorbed until I disturbed him. And then Joy came and took his photograph.

Talking of which, Max was adopted today to a single woman without any other cats who will be just perfect for him. He cooperated when I checked his microchip and didn't make a fuss when I put him into a carrier. I think he will be happy in his new home. (Happier than with us for sure.)
A Chinese family came in to get a kitten for the 9 year old daughter who is frightened of cats. The mother has some experience but not much. They rather liked Milky Way but were talking about keeping him in the "sun room" and buying an enclosure for him just like the one he was in. Sue and I talked them out of a kitten. I introduced them to Hunter who put on perfect purrs. They all loved Hunter. (Although the daughter wouldn't hold him). They went to have lunch and think about it, buy some things and never returned. Perhaps they will be back tomorrow.
I tried to interest Angel in meeting them but he wasn't having any of this being held stuff.
