  1 day: He has eaten and used his litter box.

1 week: He is interested in exploring. He has been renamed Toto

Jeremy

1 day: He is going great and is a very happy boy. He’s eating well and has been using his litter box. He is very settled, affectionate and playful.

Jeremy

1 week: “He is so beautiful and very active all around the unit. Very playful and cheeky but also so affectionate”

1 month: He is doing so well. He’s a very happy and cheeky boy. “We love him very much”

 

 Archie/Ernest

1.5 weeks: Archie has been renamed Ernest. He is doing so well. He follows his owner around especially when they’re working from home and has started exploring the living room. Yesterday, he started jumping up on the couch/bed to sit with his owner for the first time. He seems to be steadily getting more comfortable and confident.

Ernest

1 month: Ernest is super comfortable and is getting more confident. He sleeps on his owner’s bed with them every night and is very vocal around mealtimes.

 

Walnut

1 day: Walnut is doing well and seems quite settled. She has a good appetite and is eating well. She has used the litter too. “Her name suits her so she will be keeping her name”

1 week: She has full reign of the house now

1 month: She’s settled in really well and is a happy little cat. They registered her via email which was very smooth and had no fee.

Adoption Tails: Macadamia and Walnut

 Adopted from foster.

 Macadamia is the champagne one (partially deaf and blind)

1 day: All going well. Very happy. Very comfy in their safe room. Using their litter tray but a couple of misses. She was prepared as Stevie (previously Macadamia) is a special needs kitten. Eating and drinking too. They have been renamed -- Walnut is now Cleo and Macadamia is now Stevie.

1 week: Both doing well. Finding routines ok, not big fans when their owner sleeps in though! Cleo loves to explore everywhere, Stevie slower to leave the family room but to be expected with his partial blindness.

1 month: Both have settled in very well. Lots of exploring around the house by both of them! Both starting to talk too -- very entertaining. Going to see the vet this week for worming/flea/tick care. Both giving and getting lots of love too.
