Jimmy doubles up

I redressed the small stand alone (used to be Lola's until she got free range of Safe) for the second time in a week. Jimmy was adopted the day after he was returned. He was a good investment for us with twice the return. I hope he won't be back again.

A mum brought her three kids to look at our cats. Most of our cats looked at them and said "No way". The only ones I would recommend were the ex parvovirus pair who are big enough to leap out of the way of 3 kids. Terry, they plan to return tomorrow with Dad after tai quan do (if that is how you spell it). I think they would be better off with a dog. Billy (accidentally) scratched the little girl which created a dreadful screech.

The igloo I built for Gideon on Wednesday seems to be doing him good. (Of course, it might be the very expensive medicine that is making him hungrier and more mobile). He was eager for his breakfast and every other offer of food. He and Dinesh egg each other on. Please heat up his two hotties.

Oreo was in a pleading mood today. Don't quite know what his problem is (except that he is half the size he was when he came to us). I tightened up his scratchy house which was wobbly).  Ravyn (next door) was quiet. Didn't demand a walk. While Oreo wanted. . . . .

Geoff came to remake a "Incoming/Transit" pair of condos into one four roomed suite. He also patched the holes in the side of the Mona Vale condos where the parvovirus kittens are housed. There were holes in the side that the two remaining kittens discovered and took advantage of to break out of confinement. All this happened while I was dealing with the mum plus 3. Thank goodness for Lani who corralled the kittens and secured the site.

Bonnie, in Isolation, was entertaining herself by scratching her bedroom door today while being observed by her vollie who stayed back to "do Iso". So we decided to give her one of the cardboard scratchy pads in her bedroom. Thereafter all the vollie could hear was "scratch, scratch, scratch" for the bedroom. She had a lovely time.
