Adoption Tails: Oreo (f)

1 day: They are thinking about calling her Penny. They’re still getting to know her. She is very cuddly and loves company but when nobody is in the room with her she stays under the bed. She has not used the litter tray yet but is eating and drinking. “We love her so much already!” She loves the bed, but only when people are around. Otherwise, she goes under it.

(Notice wide open door!)

1 week: She’s great. She’s very comfortable in the whole unit now. She sits on her owner all day while she’s working. No more hiding under the bed. She sleeps on her owner’s bed all night. “She is fabulous company and we love her very much!”

1 week and 3 days: Her owner was worried that she wasn’t feeding Penny enough. She is always begging for food and has stolen from the bench. She has bought Orijen food and feeds her the recommended amount as well as 1 tablespoon of wet food.

FEED ME!

1 month: “She is such a wonderful addition to our little family”. She meows for food whenever her owner is in the kitchen and will jump up onto the bench to steal food if she can get away with it. Penny has put on a bit of weight so they need to be careful. She seems very happy. She is very cuddly. “We are all very happy”.
