Adoption Tails: Coffee shop kids: Cocoa and Latte

Coffee shop kits when they first arrived

Cocoa

Cocoa in the Palace

1 day: Cocoa has been renamed Stuart. He's eating and drinking, however the owners don't think he's used the litter tray yet (and there's no evidence of him going elsewhere)1 week: Stuart is very curious about what is outside his safe room and had a brief exploration last night. He is very sweet and getting used to his new family.1 month: Stuart is the king of the household now. Very affectionate and loves a cuddle.

Latte (now Ponyo)

1 day: The owner took Latte home last night. Her daughter wants to call her by a new name "Ponyo". Ponyo has spent a lot of time hiding under the bed or blanket in a spare bedroom. The owner is a little concerned that she did not eat yet. She has tried to entice Ponyo with wet food and cat treats but the kitten did not show any interest. A security camera has been set up in Ponyo's room and they have seen her drink some water.

1 week: Ponyo started to eat dry/wet food and toileted on the third day the owners brought her home. She is still spending most of the time under the bed but sometimes comes out to stretch a little bit. The owner's daughter tried to sit with her last night. She got Ponyo the same toy she played at SAFE. She seemed to like it very much. Ponyo is a little shy but the owners have plenty of patience.1 month: Ponyo is such a lovely girl! She eats well and lets the family pet her. She is growing very close to the daughter who has been spending lots of time playing with her. They feel very lucky to have her as a family member!
