Adoption Tails: Frida, Pork Bun and Ace

Frida

Days 1&2: Frida has settled in well. She’s eating plenty already! She has also used her litter box. “She’s so adorable. Looking very relaxed here!”

Frida, day 1

1 week: She’s doing really well. They’ve let her into a small part of the house which she likes to explore but definitely likes to run back to her safe room. She went to the vet for her vaccination and they were happy with how she was. She sleeps well, eats well, uses her litter tray, and is very affectionate. She’s been renamed Lucy. She’s currently snoozing on the sofa next to her owner.

Lucy = Frida, 1 week

 2.5 weeks: She likes to sleep next to her owner while they’re working. If she’s awake, she likes walking across the keyboard.
Lucy = Frida, 2.5 weeks

1 month: Lucy is really well and very much part of our family now. Even their older cat has accepted he has a little sister! She is growing fast and loves playing and cuddling.

Pork Bun

1 day: Pork Bun is settling in well. He hasn’t eaten much - only a few bits of wet food morning and night. He’s drinking water regularly and has been using the litter tray. He has started climbing on the owner’s children for a cuddle when they sit in the room. They will be renaming him but first want to get to know him better. “He really is the sweetest little thing!”

Pork Bun, 1 day

1 week: He has been renamed Jinx/Jinxy. He has had a very busy week napping. He found his appetite on the third day and is not shy to tell his new family when he is hungry. He is very comfortable in the living room now and prefers it to his safe room.
Pork Bun = Jinx, 1 week

1 month: Jinx is doing well. He’s hungry all the time and is getting bigger by the day!

 Ace
Ace, at Safe
1 day: He’s doing very well. He’s being renamed Sultan
